Filezilla FTP Setup Instructions

Using Filezilla to upload your files to Briarwood Printing is easy.

When you open Filezilla and connect, you'll see a window like the one below.

The top Status window with the scrolling lines in colored text is simply a log of the activity going on in your FTP session.

On the left is the Local Site window which displays your computer folders. The highlighted folder is your active folder.

Below that is the Filename window which shows the individual files inside the active folder.

On the right side is the Remote Site window which represents the site you are connected to, and the folders and files in it.

  1. Open the program.
  2. Enter ftp.briarwoodprinting.com in the Address box, enter your username and password that your received from us where indicated, and click on Quickconnect. The Status window will show your connection progress.

  3. you should now see the Briarwood FTP folder on the right called "/upload/

  4. Just double click your files in the left windows, and Filezilla will queue them up for uploading, or just Drag and Drop them into the /upload/ window on the right side.

  5. After your file uploads you will see it displayed in the right hand "/upload/" window.  this means you have successfully transferred your file to Briarwood Printing.  You should then call or e-mail us to let us know the file has been transferred.
